**INFORMATION TEXT REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA BY SHEIDA**

This Information Text has been prepared by Sheida ("Company") to inform the customers of the Company about the processing of their personal data by the Company under the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("Law").

**a) Methods of Obtaining Personal Data and Legal Reasons**

Your personal data is collected in electronic or physical environment. Your personal data collected within the scope of this Information Text may be processed and shared within the framework of the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.

**b) Purposes of Processing Personal Data**

Your personal data is processed by the Company within the framework of the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law for the planning and execution of activities necessary for the customization, promotion, and introduction of products and services offered by the Company according to the preferences, usage habits, and needs of relevant individuals; for the realization of necessary works by the relevant business units to benefit individuals from the products and services offered by the Company, and for the execution of related business processes; for the realization of necessary works by the relevant business units for the realization of commercial activities carried out by the Company and the execution of related business processes; for the planning and execution of the commercial and/or business strategies of the Company and for the provision of legal, technical, and commercial-business security of individuals in relation to the Company.

**c) Parties with Whom Personal Data May be Shared and Purposes of Sharing**

In accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, your personal data may be shared with the business partners and suppliers of the Company, legally authorized institutions and organizations, and legally authorized private legal entities within the scope of the purposes of customizing, promoting, and introducing products and services offered by the Company according to the preferences, usage habits, and needs of relevant individuals; for the realization of necessary activities by the relevant business units to benefit individuals from the products and services offered by the Company, and for the execution of related business processes; for the realization of necessary works by the relevant business units for the realization of commercial activities carried out by the Company and the execution of related business processes; for the planning and execution of the commercial and/or business strategies of the Company and for the provision of legal, technical, and commercial-business security of individuals in relation to the Company.

**d) Rights of Data Subjects and Exercise of These Rights**

As data subjects, you have the following rights in accordance with Article 11 of the Law:

- To learn whether your personal data is processed,

- To request information if your personal data has been processed,

- To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,

- To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,

- To request correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,

- To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data in case the reasons requiring its processing disappear, despite being processed in accordance with the Law and other relevant laws, and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,

- To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

- To demand the compensation of the damage in case your personal data is processed unlawfully and causes damage.

In accordance with the second paragraph of Article 28 of the Law, in cases where there is no right to request, data subjects will not be able to use the rights specified above with respect to these data.

In accordance with the first paragraph of Article 28 of the Law, the data will be outside the scope of the Law, and therefore, requests of data subjects regarding these data will not be processed:

- If personal data is processed by real persons entirely within the scope of their activities related to themselves or their family members living in the same residence, provided that it is not given to third parties and subject to data security obligations,

- If personal data is processed for research, planning, and statistical purposes by being anonymized through official statistics.

- If personal data is processed within the scope of activities carried out by competent and authorized public institutions and organizations, institutions or organizations authorized by law for investigation, prosecution, trial, or execution processes,

- In cases where personal data processing is necessary for the conduct of preventive, protective, and intelligence activities by public institutions and organizations authorized by law for the maintenance of national defense, national security, public security, public order, or economic security, or for the purpose of preventing or prosecuting a crime,

- Personal data is processed for art, history, literature, or scientific purposes, or for the purpose of freedom of expression.

Please note that Sheida will evaluate and conclude your requests submitted to Sheida for the exercise of the rights mentioned above as soon as possible and in any case within 30 (thirty) days.
