You can return unopened products within 14 days of receipt. Once the returned items are received and reviewed at our return warehouse, and if approved, a refund will be issued to your bank.
Sheida Cosmetics utilizes Mng Cargo for product delivery. You can track your shipment using the provided tracking number in the Mng Cargo tracking system.
